Upon joining the Firm, you will have a transition team dedicated solely to you. Our Business Development Transition Team will take you through the process, from licensing and registration, to transferring your clients’ accounts and to establishing your office. Our transitions culminate with a post registration on-site visit from a transition coordinator. Complete reviews of all of our policies and procedures as well as detailed training on the chosen clearing platform are essential components of this visit. Our coordinator will leave once the branch is set up properly and functioning correctly. A typical transition from start to finish normally takes from one to three weeks.
